Poor people remain poor because they do not want to work hard and they do not have specific goals in life, but the rich get richer, that they work hard and set their goals.

This is not always the case. Many super rich people monopolized the economy and deliberately making people poor. So they become dependent and they are easier to manage. It is beneficial to the government. They are in the same boat with the oligarchs, and the antitrust laws are not working.

There are different reasons for this. But I think the main reason is (which is what I've observed in my country), some poor people have more kids which means they need to provide more and yet they have lower salary because they weren't able to finish their studies. Some poor people are too lazy they just depend on the people who usually provides for their family.

You can't blame the government for being poor. It's true that the government can provide projects that would help the poor people, but everything depends on ourselves. If we don't work hard and aim for bigger opportunities, we would always stay poor. One of the reason why people are poor is because they are lazy and they are easy to be contented with what they have. But, I don't have anything against those poor people, I admire them for being simple and contented.

In my own opinion i will blame government for not wake up to there responsibility in making life difficult for the poor and vulnerable people in the societies. Most of the rich people became rich not from legitimate business but corrupt practices especially in the developing countries and underdeveloped world.

The poor are responsible for their own fate.  They can change it if they want, but most of them don't care, and just blame the rich of their poorness.

I don't agree with your submission that the poor in the societies are responsible for being poor. Government is responsible to some extent because most government of  underdeveloped and developing countries fail to bridge the gap between the poor and the so called rich people. They create enabling environment for the for the call rich to amage wealth. Most of the rich especially in the developing countries are corrupt individuals who get tax payer money and make laws in favor of them self. The worst of all developed countries encourages stolen funds into their countries with their policy.

I would say the people and the government itself. Let's  say if the government done their part and given the people opportunity to move forward and still people cant do something with their life then who to blame? The people itself.YOU. Same goes, vice versa. Both parties should go hand and hand with regards to this issue. One should not blame only one party or side.

Exactly. Even Bill Gates once said about this. Here is his quote:

If you are born poor its not your mistake, But if you die poor its your mistake.

The poor people should not complain about their poverty. Instead they should work hard and become rich.
