I think its the duty of the government to uplift the lives of its citizen. A corrupt government,means suffering,poverty,inefficient public services on health and chaos to its constituents. What we need is a decisive leader who has compassion on the poor.

Poor people are poor simply because they prioritize different things in life compared to rich people. If poor people are happy with their lives then there's no need to blame anyone for anything. It's like when you're at school, some will pay attention and learn while others will skip as many classes as they can get away with. Some prioritize their studies, others prioritize having fun with friends. It's a choice people make.

You are correct. poor countries have one and solely responsible, the corrupt government and dictator.

In countries where governments are corrupt and dictators, people do not have equal opportunities. these countries of dictators and corrupt, people are extremely limited. People very rich are the relatives of the country leaders.

I think in the beginning people are responsible for their own situation: health, finance, relationships. However, society does not teach its citizens good lessons about health, finance nor relationship. Most of society relies on single source of income (one job) and are not allowed to have other sources of income. This is a very unstable situation.

Not necessarily. Sometimes their ex-wife, patent-troll,criminal or the mafia is responsible. Sometimes a nation wants to destroy an individual (including finance). While individual choices may often be the reason, it's not always.

Example case: identity theft. someone makes thousands of transactions using your personal name.

It seems like very simple question but answer is very complicate.
Most people will judge government but they can't be responsible for everything.
Our parents and families are also responsible for us.
Our communities and relatives to.
If they all fail, it's really difficult to succeed in life.
Many young people don't have good examples around them.
Many of them don't believe in hard work and education and wants fast success.
Many of them end up as criminals.
Can we blame government for everything?
I don't think so.
We also have our individual responsibility and can choose our life path.

Retail jobs rotate the staff, every so on, maybe six months or so, this what they do put a false positive of government figures, which usually say unemployment is lower than this time last year which is pure manipulation and so wrong.

I would consider myself above average in education, but in the same boat as many others who are unemployed.
Hard work and determination can work for some people, and the opposite is true for others who work hard whether you have ambition or not/

Nobody's responsible for everything. I'm trying to be responsible for my life and my family, but that's all I can do. No man shall be responsible for the life of another man, unless you're against the most basic form of equality.

Good point. I agree that it's hard to find jobs for educated people. But many are making mistakes by choosing what to study in university. They often choose professions without good perspectives and after study it will be hard to find job.
I think that it's not necessary to be graduate of university or college to earn good money. Some people who are working for example in factory, earn good salary. Offcourse, in start he will mot many money, but if he will work productive and improve his qualification, he can earn nice money.
But as you said, hard work don't guarantee decent salary, there are many factors inside it.

i worked for years retail almost minimum wage, lived on canned tuna bread and water for years, saved money lost it on failures here and there, after years of hardship found something that worked and now i make 1k a day and setting up a new business which will be 5k a day by this time next year, i have no duty towards anyone else and i owe the poor nothing

Just because you took a college degree, doesn't make you any smarter than the poor who sit on the corner begging for money. A lot of college students still think they can pick and choose an education that fits them, but they wake up after they have finished with no job. What went wrong? They weren't wiser than the poor people to select an education that actually is needed.

Take a college degree in computer science, and a job is alsmost guarenteed. But did you do that? no. Why not? maybe it doesn't interest you. Dont expect that the world will lay itself down flat in front of you. You dont have all the possibilities that our parents preached about. Select an education with a low unemployment rate, no matter if you like the job or not, and you will be on your way to a better life.

Select an education based on your desires, and your luck will determine your fate.

Any people ain't responsible for the poor yet it can be their anyone's responsibility if they foresee the side of them but the most people whose responsible for them were the poor themselves. It's not about the richs' duties cause they do their very part but not all the part. It's about the people whom ain't  striving hard and dream for a better life for their future.
