21 days limit both for ebay and paypal is a nightmare. I myself have not found a way around them. you can search on aspkin.com/forums for more info. If you want to ebay with accounts that are not yours, I suggest to buy a ebay+paypal package with feedback and order history. I can provide you one but you should wait until monday.

I don't have accounts with email included anymore. You can add new email and remove the previous email easily. Here's how:

These accounts are verified by phone, which can be changed too. Either way, you need to verify your new number and email.
