I don't exactly understand what about you are talking. Do you deposited coins to Faucetbox and it's still not on their site or you didn't received coins accumulated from faucets?

I think I know what OP meant.
The coins from faucetbox is not yet transferring to his wallet. It happened to me 3 days ago, I have 40K+ satoshis from faucetbox and my minimum threshold is just 13K, but it's more than 2 days pending and another 1 whole day unconfirmed in the blockchain. But it's OK now.

Do you have pending withdrawal from faucetbox? Did you reach payout threshold, which is 13K satoshi by default? Search here for faucetbox tropic and ask there, but i am sure you will get your coins, its trusted service for faucets!

Maybe faucetbox are replying but it takes a week they are not always online.. and i think better to wait more days before you can accused the,, and what address you are using in faucet so that we can check if you receive it or not..
