Gang Stalking is simply another term for Government.
When people are living peacefully together without a government, a government of criminals gets together to make stealing from the people easier and safer for them.
Then the people, to protect themselves, form their own government to fight the government of the criminals. When they beat the criminal government, the shrewd crooks figure out how to get into government to rape the people legally through taxation.
The benefit of common law governments like in America, Canada, Britain, and Australia is that the governments are set up so that the people can contradict and control the taxation if they want.
The criminals in government are very shrewd. They have hidden the methods for the people to use government to control their governmental leaders. The people don't know how to do it.
In America, the Preamble to the Constitution says that the Constitution and Government were formed to benefit the people. If a government agent doesn't benefit you in something he is doing against you (provided you have harmed nobody), then he is acting personally, outside of government, even though he attempts to use his governmental office to harm you. Fight him in the courts, in his personal capacity.
Further, the 9th Amendment says that you have all the rights that people had before the Government was set in place.
The 6th and 7th Amendments give you the way to attack any government agent personally through jury trial. You do it by standing as a man/woman, present in court, not represented by an attorney, and not representing yourself.
