I think it will be something else, most of the west/east coast of America went down, my bet is on ICANN but never will we find out.
MSM will surely lay the blame on Russia again, and as always no proof, just more rhetorical rubbish.

Down for me in the UK. I assume this is somehow related to the current strife with the wider internet. I can't say I'd miss the Guardian if it was gone forever. It's filled with whining, unworldly pricks whose mission in life is to leave you feeling more guilty for things you have no control over than when you arrived.
