Greetings to crypto and InPay (ex-Inception) community!
We have extended the swap period while our team went on vacation in January. Now we are back to working hard on the project. The swap is finished on <19.02.2017>. To receive tokens you must have ETC Classic wallet installed. We’re working on getting INPAY to exchanges as soon as possible.
Speaking of ICO, we decided to postpone it until further notice. We intend to deliver on our promises first, and we’ll be in a position to request crowdfunding for any future developments only after gaining community’s trust.
When we started our project we hoped to see more supporters and more people willing to spread the word about InPay. Due to ICO now being postponed we announce a bounty program. We have 1,885,709 undistributed tokens left and designate 500,000 of them to the bounty program payouts. Our team will keep the other 500,000 tokens and the remaining 885,709 tokens will be burned. The payouts for previous bounty program will be processed soon.

Vote For Proposal — self-explanatory.
Transfer — transfer funds.
Remove Proposal — an option restricted to developers, can only be executed if total number of votes for a proposal doesn’t exceed 1.
Make Proposal — create a new proposal.
Burn Tokens — self-explanatory.
Swap Tokens — when we release new token version you can use this option to swap tokens.
Create Alias — make an alias for your address.
Blockchain Access Functions
Swap balance of alias — information on the amount of funds sent to swap from an alias.
Balance of alias — get current balance of an alias.
Get alias cost — calculate the cost of an alias.
Balance of — get current balance of an address.
Swap balance of — information on the amount of funds send to swap from an address.
Get address by alias — self-explanatory.
Get alias by address — self-explanatory.
Get proposal — get information about a specific proposal.

You can create your own proposals that will be stored in the blockchain, and you can vote for other proposals. You must have at least 5,000 tokens to add your proposal, and at least 1,000 tokens to vote.
You can also create one or more aliases for an address, so instead of transferring funds to or checking the balance of an address, you can use a memorable nickname of your choice instead of long address string. Creating an alias has a cost:
