I don't use Payza anymore but recently I received a small payment of 3.64$ and I want to exchange with 3$ in Bitcoin,fees are about 0.50$ I think so you will receive 3.14$ send me a pm or leave a reply here.

The fee is about $0.36-$0.4 and Payza being a reversible payment method, it's risky to take this payment unless you provide a screenshot mentioning the source of this payment to a buyer who may be interested in this trade.

Thanks for the info about the fee,screenshot of the payment?What for?I don't think it is needed.
Yes you are right, Payza is reversible for 45 days but do you think that I would risk my reputation for 3$?My account worth much more than this.
