Most likely, ROUND is a project of Liqui. They launched it to gain popularity in its time. Now this project has exhausted itself and became unnecessary. It's a pity.
but if it was a liqui project, why did they need to remove the coin from the exchange? would have traded on the sly.
Round had an ico for which liqui paid 100 BTC and had all the tokens, traded it on their exchange for months and converted into 10x-20x from 30-40 sat.Then dumped it to people and couldn't continue since no product to showcase what round has.
