Though I have been using bitcoin for quite sometime now I am not that very clear about signed a transaction, please can op or somebody in the house shade more light on that,like how it works and it advantages and or it disadvantages if any. I will be very happy to know that.

When you're in jail (or worse), you can leave your transaction as a dead man's switch.
Do not forget to transfer the coins by yourself before the date, and post a new raw transaction.

everyman need it because what if you die?

U can send the btc to the donation address by locktime to block 1000 0000 =about 150 year's later


it makes sense,
