To sum it all up,they are running this campaign called "Support Team Tips" where they collect the data their support team receives and post open solutions to it.The link or guide would come handy for any blockchain.info wallet users.Although this might be the first post, they're planning to update it on weekly basis.Do bookmark the link :

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

It's from last June and It doesn't seem like they give much attention to their users , otherwise they wouldn't upgrade to their new wallet and takeoff access to private keys and even to the ability to sign messages ..

Nope. Check again. June 2016, unless... unless you're from the future? Caught red-handed!

It's not the first post (which you could have seen if you clicked the link noted by the article very clearly), and a better link to bookmark would be the whole category of the "Support Team Tips" instead of a single article. Here's the link to it:

https://blog.blockchain.com/category/tutorials-and-guides/support-team-tips

But either way, I don't see any incredibly useful information that isn't somewhat of common sense to a normal bitcoin user; however, I suppose I appreciate them writing the helpful blog posts for newbies.
