I was browsing the alt. curr. threads and noticed many alt. curr. have been going up over the last couple days.
After checking on Vircurex it's almost funny that the LTC, TRC, NMC, PPC etc. charts all look about the same.

I think a few people are trying to protect themselves just in case.  I know I did Smiley

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Yes, well, the volume is actually quite low and that makes me quite nervous.  I, like many others am a strong beleiver that these sorts of cryptocurrencies are the way of the future and money transfer fees and businesses all together are the way of the past.

If Btc or one of the new alt. currencies are successful that is fantastic; however, this sort of price spike does make wonder.

I do think until we see Btc become more stable it is plain stupid not to diversify, especially at current market prices.

Peace
