So I went and got Minergate Installed it on an aws Instance, and Started to mine DSH thinking it was the same thing as DASH. Now I have a bunch of DSH worth not even close to what it cost to run the aws instance.

Well I guess you could try to mine something that's actually profitable on CPUs. Zcoin should be much better than what you are mining currently. XMR as well, but probably less.

You aren't going to make any money mining any of those coins unless you get the AWS instance for FREE.

i feel sorry for your confusion...but i would like to make it clear here, it was DASH (darkcoin) who copied or stole the name of DSH dashcoin.

i am sure, And yes I have some credits left. I am also buying more just because I use AWS for other stuff as well. and with a cost o7-10% of what you are getting in aws credit the value is worth it.

In addition you can get much better returns running individual miners yourself instead of using Minergate.

I have tried to install a cpu miner, and gpu miner on two different machines and I can never get them to work. I need to find someone to assist me with setting it up.

There are many miners around, however you need to do some research in order to get the most efficient and profitable setup. Let me save you a lot of time though - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1326803.0  Wink
