Is Yobit scam?

No, Yobit is not a scam, not at all. But it is managed by a very poor management. It's extremely hard to trade with them, try it out. I switched to Poloniex for trading like a month back and felt extremely easy with them.

For me Yobit is considered to be a low tier altcoin exchange because of the sheer amount of compliments I heard from its users.

Just to name a few issues I found:

- people's deposits are not showing (mainly applies to trash level altcoins)
- customer support issues, unresolved tickets and overall sloppiness

Yobit continue to work well no matter how many complains about them. I think it is mainly addressed to their customer support which answer problems really late and this have caused that some people to call them scam.

Actually it is not. I can withdraw my coins right after I have done my trades there and the withdrawal process is very fast , at least in my case. I am talking about bitcoin, I don't know about altcoin as I only withdraw bitcoin.

As a member of their signature campaign i can say that their are not scam but they have worst support according to other members here comments also for my experience. but they are still fixing even they are delayed in support.

iam witdhaw in there never problem
and volume transaction in yobit still is good, in altcoin exchanger is only under poloniex bitrex and c-cex
and all people follow signature campaign yobit still is always paid and no problem too

Not to degrade Yobit or anything, but any services or exchanges that seems to be reputable for the first years would either turn out to be an outright scam or continue delivering true service to their peers. Take for example, Mt. Gox, Mintpal, the list goes on and on and on. In the bitcoin world, people think that it's easier to pull up a stupid scam attempt since funds are hard to trace in the first place, so they are thinking that it's a safe haven for them to do such acts.

So before i want to deposit anything to this exchange i want to know is it real do withdrawls work or does it take like really really long?

Yobit is a legit exchange site as of this day. You can read some news if Yobit turned out to be scammed exchanges.

It's not wrong if you will consider to deposit in this exchange. May I know what is your purpose why you will use Yobit exchange? I know you are going to trade but if in some cases, the coins you want listed on those much reputable altcoin trading exchange then choose them instead. Im not saying that other reputable exchange are safe too. Just giving you some ideas.

It's not wrong if you will consider to deposit in this exchange. May I know what is your purpose why you will use Yobit exchange? Everything online are risky if you just stay long your funds in any exchange sites.. yobit for me is not a scam they are still paying but they are halving some issue that can result of scandal here in our forum like delayed support and some pending withdrawals.. but they are still alive..
The worst problem that i know right now for yobit many shitcoins or scam coins are appearing every month..

For now, they aren't scam. If they are then you should see lots of response about Yobit being scammed 100%. But it doesn't mean they are safe also. So use at your own discretion as exchanges even a reputable one can be a fraud in the future.

You can play with them by depositing small or big amount but not storing big amount. Meaning you will do a regular withdrawals out of your trading earnings and not using it a storage purposes.

One thing I just don't like them is their poor support response. I don't know if it's changes already.

Yobit is legit exchange, but people say it is a scam because they accept all coins including scam coins, and they do not delist the old or unused coins, in addition to the repeated maintenance cases for some wallets.
In regards to deposit, withdraw, and security level, Yobit is perfect in my opinion, and I sometimes use it for some trades.

As far as I know Yobit is legit exchange and currently paying.Here Yobit except all coins even scam coin i thing this is the main factors that's why some people say it scam but It's not true.Yobit are not a scam,People have different issues regarding with yobit still i have  no problem.

I still used yobit but i am not really active in that trading site, as far as i used i never got any problem with this site, the withdrawal and deposit is okay, just an advice, don't store too many coin in that site

You may heard issues about them because their support totally lacks customers priority. They fail to resolve issues of some customers resulting to an arrising issue against them. So far yobit is a trusted exchabge site. What scammy about them is the coin they lists in their exchange. Most are just pump and dump shits.

it's not a scam but they have a poor customer service. i once wanted to launch an alt coin  and it stayed in a queue for weeks and they didn't respond to my emails in time. I think that can be annoying sometimes but other than that they have an excellent platform.

Wow, are you sure about that? wanna for launch your coin, dude? a lot of the yobit's member are need waiting for several days or weeks just get responses from the obit's support and this needs a lot of improvements in my mind.

I ve been using them for over a year now and have never had any issues with the website. There were couple of situations when some particular wallet for undergo maintenance and it would be offline for a day or two but generally, no issues as all. Can you share your problem with the community, why do you think they re a scam?

People   have different  issues  regarding with  yobit  but  i could  really say that  they are  not  total scam because   i have  no problem regarding  on depositing   and withdrawing  funds on their website  sometime  there were  technical  problems  but they  able   fix  it  in  no time.  One thing  i could  say with them   is   about on  their support which  somehow a really an issue for me  because they  dont intend  to answer any  mails  or tickets  if   you do have a  queries  regarding  on their site.

Yobit are not a scam, they have been around for a while and I have used them a lot and have never had any issues with them, they are one of the exchanges first to add pretty much all coins when they are released which sometimes is a good thing, obviously don't be putting too much trust in any exchange and always bear in mind that anyone can go scam at anytime.

I think the issue regarding those problems said are similar since the issue i've seen posted at scam accusation thread and their very own threads are regarding to floating balances and poor support of yobit devs, and that totally suck if you can eancounter some troubles their,

But as you said i can't call them scam either since they are running smoothly as exchangers, but i fell annoyed for their scamcoin selection since i can't trust my money to do trades on that matter.
