If you have a look at the alieexpress link posted above it seems like he is paying about half the price he is selling them for and just ordering online to whatever address you provide meaning he is profiting $10 per powerbank for doing nothing you couldnt do with 2 minutes of searching

Yeah I was about to post the link here myself, there are quite a lot of drop shippers on here, not hard to right click the image and press search and find the product for half the price from the same exact place you would be getting it.

You can see that aliexpress does not accept bitcoin for payment.
