now i cant find Reaper v13 Beta 4 Windows binary (32bit)
can someone can help me and give me a link

I'm having a problem getting the downloads too.  It's showing me a message saying their bandwidth has been exceeded.  If anybody happens to have the 32 bit Windows version, I'd love it if you sent it to me
