Most of the time the receiving time is for 20-30 mins. If it took longer than that, you'll receive it maybe in less than an hour. So far the longest time for me to receive a bitcoin is about 12 hours of waiting for it to be confirmed and that happened when bitcoin pumped to 780$ last time. I think you should have received it by now or not depending on the time for blockchain to confirm it.

Damn, 12 hours..  Its been over 4hrs now for me. I honestly can say I'm scared I don't get it. Now I'm obsessing over it refreshing the page every 5 minutes lol ...YES! Two confirmations now. It's coming! Woohoo |

Well thats all about the fee, the bigger the fee the fast your transaction will get confirmed, or if there is more then one transaction to be done, at yobit i do moove my funds in less then 2 hours, i dont remember how much time has took for the transaction get confirmed.

I think it depends on how much money /btc send . if the bitcoin is large I think the confirmation is long to confirm and I think if the bitcoin is small the confirmation is short time only. Try to upgrade you miner fee to confirm your transaction faster and smooth.

I had a friend send me 100$ btc and it's been over an hour and it's still 0/3 confirmation. I normally get them instantly or 30 minutes tops. Is their an issue?
It could be that the fee was smaller than the network average and thus its being pushed back, or there could be a block taking a REALLY long time to go through. It's happened to me on a few occasions and it wouldn't surprise me if it was happening again. |

Yeah well, that's the bitcoin network--sometimes you gotta wait. I think I waited most of the day when I sent bitcoin from my Mycelium wallet using the Low-Priority miner fee option. Takes forever. And sometimes the network is just clogged. Be patient.

how much your setting is fee, if your setting fee is very lower so receive is very long time its use standard fee ussualy receive only 20 minute |

its fine if your friends waiting for 1 hours and i guess your friend using low fee, because as far as i know, if we send with low fee the confirmation will takes too long to complete. and for next transaction, i suggest your friend using normal or high fee transaction and see what will happen.

Transactions take time to confirm, as they are interweaved into the whole system. I've seen some transaction confirmations take place in as little as a minute, and some take a couple hours. Be patient, it will clear... its not instantaneous (the blessing and the curse of having this be a decentralized system where no one server, no one clearinghouse is in charge of everything, and every transaction can be confirmed by multiple stations.

in the transaction some time take 24 hour as was happened in my case when block of blockchain was not working ( temporarily ) . but it also depend whether you send brc from one wallet to another . i mean if you will send from blockchain to zebpay then it will take more time then the simple time take at blockchain . |

That is not an issue. Do not worry you will recieve your bitcoin for sure. I am agree that may be the block of bloackchain was not working temporary. Or it is just so many people was send or make transaction with bitcoin in the same time. So it is like so any people have to stand in line to make the transaction done. I ever done my bitcoin transaction in 24 for hour too but I also ever done my bitcoin transaction in less that 1 second. |

I had never experienced dealay of more than 10 minutes. Almost instantly i had transferred bitcoin many times especially while bugging online goods i don't have much patience so i count the seconds and it never turned to more than 3 to 4 minutes. So regarding goopy situation, it is taking lot of time because May be he had given less transaction fees or could be delay due to large que.

In most cases of your transaction not "hitting" the blockchain comes either due to your client not being up to date with downloading the latest blocks, or that the node from the explorer that you used simply "ignores" your transaction. That's why you should look at various block explorers. blockr.io blocktrail.com These are great explorers that you can use when blockchain.info freaks out, and in the times it doesn't show your transactions. |

Anyone? It's been 3hrs and no coins. On block chain it says 0/6 and on Paxful it says 0/3 Where is this txid everyone is asking for, for my help?  Is most likely your transaction fees paid less So make your trading was delayed But don't worry, as long as there is plenty of time Your trading will receive finally |

Even more delay has happened with me couple of times in recieving even 1 confirmation for my bitcoin transaction.I think upto 12-16 hours i have waited once getting 1 confirmation but you doesnt need to worry about it,it only happens sometimes and should get confirmed at some time.

Yes, it is common, the number of transactions is way above capacity, long confirmation time is an inevitability.
You can use off-chain services, like Coinbase or Xapo, or other currencies like litecoin, if you need fast transactions.

This kind of transactions times are just normal regarding on transfering funds to another wallet because it depends on the fee you put on on transferring the funds the smaller the longer of waiting times the bigger the fee the fast of transaction would it be.

Even more delay has happened with me couple of times in recieving even 1 confirmation for my bitcoin transaction.I think upto 12-16 hours i have waited once getting 1 confirmation but you doesnt need to worry about it,it only happens sometimes and should get confirmed at some time.
Few months ago happens that someone send transfer without fee and transaction was waiting 3 days in queue.. after three days come back to the wallet. Standard fee is 10k satoshi. If someone want be sure that transaction will be realised faster is better to pay more than 10k satoshi fee.. |
