I am trying to transfer some bitcoin and I keep getting the message that I have 30 seconds to confirm a code via text/sms code, however I do not receive a text.  I need some help urgently to fix this problem!

I've had a similar issue on a different site a few days ago and unfortunately nothing I did fixed it until I just waited a few days and all of a sudden it worked. Good luck.

As long as you haven't sent anything from your side, there's no need to panic.
As other said, just wait till the service is back up again or contact their support if it takes too long.

 As  others said here  its  a  website issue    and you cant do anything about  it  but to wait  or send a support ticket to a particular site. There are really times  we encounter these  issues  and  dont  panic it would be resolved soon just have  patience until the service would  go back to normal.

What website r u talking about? Maybe u can contact support and switch to some other form of authorization. I use 2fa on everything and it s been working quite OK.

You should mention the site which you are talking about and trying to send the bitcoins.But any way any one here cannot help you,it some times happens becuase of network issues as well,but if you are getting other messages and not only this one then better contact the support of that site.

the problem with not receiving the SMS is always 2 things:
1) the sender is not sending the message because of your number
2) you (your operator) does not receive the message again possibly because of the number.

solution is only one thing:
contact the service you are using and if they are a good service they have other operators to send the SMS from (they change the sending number) and you receive it right away.

Probably the trouble is on the side of the service you are using, and exactly between the website and the mobile operator (it happens many times - They are not "compatible" with each other). The best solution is to contact the website support (probably they can "push" your transaction manually), or use another mobile.

What site do you mean can give more details because its happening to me in xapo wallet they i have 30 seconds to confirm and use the confirmation code but never receive it..but sometimes  because i want to reopen my account again i tried but they are giving me confirmation code but not work if i use it because they are giving delayed confirmation code. what company are you talking about? its happening to me in xapo wallet but and other wallet never experience this ..

The best thing to do for that problem is contact the site support on when you are transfering at so you can caught up their attention and fix things up if they are legal site running but if they are not well that is totally sorry, and try to listen tp other peoples suggestion since it can help your cause and apply it so you can get immediate action from the site owner itself.

You should request another text message right away. I often meet this problem while using bitcoin online wallet, especially Coinbase. Nothing to worry about. Just try to resend another SMS. i believe you will receive it. Or maybe there are some errors in your internet connection. Try to check some cable whether it is plugged correctly or not

Make sure you are using the correct phone number and if the problem persist, try to contact their customer support to know whether there is technical issues with the site the admin is also trying to fix so you can have a rest of mind and be sure your account is not hacked.

Try doing this :-

Switch off your phone and switch it on back after few seconds .
You should now receive the code, if you still did not then try resend option.
If still there is a lag, you would need service support .

Which service ate you using. If you still didn't getting code, you need to contact support as others said.
But maybe there more options to receive code, for example via email. If it's possible, choose this method.

Maybe there is a signal interruption in your place, have you tried this suggestion?

Try doing this :-

Switch off your phone and switch it on back after few seconds .
You should now receive the code, if you still did not then try resend option.
If still there is a lag, you would need service support .

Or if there is no problem about the service provider you got, then that would be a problem to the server of that exchange.

Do they don't have another alternative option for confirmation, like email verification? If doesn't have just contact their support.

Better to contact their support   if you are experiencing  these  kind of  problems because  this  problems  is on servers side  and   just be  patient because they  would   definitely  fix that  as  soon as  possible. Just keep  contacting them  if  the problem still persist.

what you said is so service dependent!
good services out there usually have some sort of back up gateway to use or the gateway they use will offer them some kind of backup. for example you can never see blockchain.info SMS verification gateway be offline.

and as for the second problem, i said it from experience. you can just contact them and they will send the SMS from another number they usually have lots of them and one of them is bound to be accepted by your operator.
