OhioSoft, Remember the Midwestern
Abbreviation guide Guide: OhioSoft (OS) will refer both to the name of the company and the main unit of currency ex. 12 OS = 12 BTC
 greatest minds.
Bitcoin was designed to have high payouts to miners during early adoption that happened to dissipate faster than our ozone layer.

Design Flaws Q & A

I: (Q:) Bitcoins per dollar drop as adoption spreads. This enables early adopters to slowly sell off BTC at near 100% profit margins, this is not sustainable and speculation alone can not cover the shorts. Mining was never meant to address this issue since difficultly went up exponentially so no single users computer could win a block, but more importantly rewards also dropped exponentially.
A: OS is designed to not to have a fixed number of coins. The coins will be given on a 1 to 1 ratio for every  BTC donated to a united states registered 501(c)(3) Tax-Deductible Charity. The only requirement for qualified charities will be to post their public bitcoin address on their public donation page.
To clarify OS Is not intended to be purchased using BTC directly but will likely appear on exchanges. When you send a payment to a qualified BTC address (a qualified charity) that money will stay in your account on OS crypto-platform. This means you will lose your BTC permanently to the charity you chose but will get charity rewards and good karma we call this reward OS currency.
II: (Q:) Because recently mined bitcoins account for such of an small amount of total BTC there is no reasonable way for someone to put their entire life savings into bitcoin without giving thousands of dollars, no strings attached.
A: Well now you can invest your entire life savings, you'll lose it for sure but at lease it will help out those in need. Plus you get to chose what Charity to throw your money at, and eventually get vote for board members in OS Partner Charities. For those of us less altruistic just buy the amount of currency you need at the time like current BTC credit card check out systems. The cheapest way to obtain OS if your not of of the 45% of lower income Americans who get out of paying Federal Income tax, is to write the contribution to the 501(c)(3) charity off the taxes you "paid".
III: (Q:) Mining the flaw to fix them all! Ha! Not really, mining was meant to be the great equalizer for Bitcoin but the world now recognizes that Bitcoin's mining principle was flawed and currencies based on POS rather than POW have gained extreme popularity like Ethereum. Increasing block rewards 100x would make it more fair for newcomers but their money would only be thrown down the billion joules black hole that is BTC Mining.
A: Like Etherum OS will be based on a POS but will not involve mining in any way shape or form further decreasing energy usage. Also OS only has to survive the strain of user-to-user OS transfers not new "block" OS creation. OS coins are created based on a simple algorithm that monitors the BTC Block-chain for payments to specific addresses (qualified charities) and then instantly credits the user with the equal amount of OS as the BTC that they spent. Users are then free to do with their "free" OS as they please but can not trade it in for a guaranteed amount of BTC since it cost them none. Still this currency maintains BTC model of creating value though by scarcity, however in our case the only scarcity is the amount of money your willing to donate to Charity. If our system becomes successful Bitcoin will only be utilized to to donate to a charity in a cost effective instant manner. This way BTC will only have value to you if you get rid of it, discouraging hording and speculation. This will hopefully decrease the difficulty and wasted energy on maintaining the BTC network.

OS is designed to be a mainstream currency of the future, this is not the purpose however. The purpose is to make the world a better place through increased private-sector funding of non-profits. The next sections focus on Increased non-profit efficiency through various methods and the final section about how to scientifically pick the non-profit where your money will go the farthest.

Increased Non-Profit Efficiency

Complying with these Efficiency Standards is optional but you won't get our approval or our OS Partner Charity Seal. This will speed up the adoption process of OS so tens of thousands of 501(c)(3) charities can use OS as a marketing tool in soliciting donations.
1. Use a system similar to Bitgive to hold non-profits accountable for not only where every dollar goes, but where your dollar specifically went and how exactly that cost furthers the mission of the organization. ie. Not $400 dollars worth of Starbucks for a administrators "development" luncheon.
2. Use organization tactics like SCRUM and Agile, see http://wikispeed.org/join-the-team/the-wikispeed-process/
3. Use self governing contracts to save on contracts by working directly with service individuals like Programmers and Drain Cleaners and not their typical overlords.
4. Go through list of all expenses and attempt to save money across the board without sacrificing value. For example have you tried to negotiate better internet rates from your ISP or switch to LED lighting instead of Florecent? No these are overlooked because no one in the IT Department cares because they don't work in fundraising or accounting departments who understand need for more frugality.

Problems with how to pick charities
1. Few organizations exist that attempt to rate all charities exist. Charity navigators partially attempts but falls short in many ways. Examples include not providing a administration expenses or any information period for 5+ years. Also the organization either has a flawed rating sytem or are outright liars decide for yourself.
Before the VP Debate on Clinton Foundation
We had previously evaluated this organization, but have since determined that this charity’s atypical business model cannot be accurately captured in our current rating methodology.”
After VP Debate perfect 4/4 Start rating.

This is further evidence that navigating the financial world of charities can be confusing for the supporter. We need a non-partisan non-human solely algorithmic way of looking at certain aspects of a charities finances. This should not be a sole determination but it is important to have one source that can't be tampered with.  Evidence of problems with pure algorithmic

It's your turn to help increase the efficiency of non-profits.
You can be successful building on the shoulders of giants, but also by building on the shoulders of giant crowds -OS

P.S. If you didn't understand "It's your turn to help" we are in fact looking for development, advocation, marketing or any other tangible or imaginary skill you have. Remember if you don't have anything to contribute then speak up anyway we live in 'Murica a free country, ya know?
