I will prob mine again on my z addy once that hot fix is implemented.

I don't know how long time coins moves from one Z addr to another Z, but if we know txid (7ffb86e2a537e1494c9752d4df523f3e14318f9602d2ff59cbb099c407a43dce, bad9f1c5463e8dbc12bdab3b16744c146d050d158eb7367125905de57cc81f57), you must receive funds.

I'm stuck on the zcash.conf file. Where it says to create a dir. I type in the command lines. However I am lost to where I should create the zcash.conf file. Also I copied and pasted what the guide said to put in the conf file but cannot get passed that point. Any help please.

Open a terminal and type: nano /$HOME/.zcash/zcash.conf

Then write your config, this is usually enough:

Then press CTRL + x

Then Y and ENTER.

And you are done with the conf.

How does it know where that your existing shares are associated with the old addy,
