Try getting some web cache or internet archive page.
If there is a reason for you to prove that the address wasn't edited, I guess the mods will be able to help you out.

To add up, aside from above answers:

In case you haven't archived (or anyone else) the page before editing that post, then the only way you could say someone has edited the post is to hover over the date of original post (you'll see some dots underneath it - which is only present when someone edits his post). Although that doesn't show which part is edited, it's still a proof that the post has been modified.
