Word of caution to everyone - there's been a lot of spurious pumping of PPC going on on btc-e chat lately.

I think PPCoin is here to stay, the IRC channel on freenode has gotten much bigger over the past two days and there seems to be as many buyers as sellers right now. It also has a very active developer and intelligent design; I don't see it as a pump-and-dump, it's just an attractive coin imo

I logged in, and don't see that news article, and the link above behaves the same as https://btc-e.com/exchange/blatent_pumpscam does.

This kind of thing entices 1st-day trollbox noobs, but it won't help your cause here. It just makes PPC sound like pumpydump scamcoin, a label it doesn't deserve.

To pump PPC around here, write genuine, helpful and accurate stuff about it's real advantages, or even better, persuade a few traders to accept it and let us know.

Since when did luke-jr help create ppcoin? He only said something nice about ppcoin when we released it, still with reservation. No he hasn't participated in the project in any way. I don't know where you heard it?

Please don't spread lies you heard somewhere else. ppcoin has absolutely zero premine and the release was preannounced with precise schedule more than a week ahead of release. If you trusted the person who spread the lies to you you should seriously reconsider his reputation.
