Asked this guy GoodMorningVietnam for help with some websites . We agreed a price for what i wanted . I paid him $15 up front after he sent a rough copy of the 1st .

He said the others would be finished next day . Never heard anything back . Kept fobbing me off with excuses .

He agreed to refund when he got a payment but after he got it he spent the lot KNOWING he had to pay me .

I will delete this when i get a refund of full amount .

He had done work for me before so had no problem using him again .

Days later and no refund although he DID come on skype last night and ask for my address and told me payment would be made in a few " moments "

Never came though .

OK so here is the update on this scammer

He ignored EVERY message through skype despite being online many times throughout the day

I kept on asking when he was going to refund . Never replied to ANY messages

So last night I get a skype from a guy from here asking me if the scammer could be trusted to do a job . A big job well paid . I said no but I would do the job for him myself .

So I decided to trick this scammer into refunding me . I told him there was a big job and he could have it if he refunded me

After 5 minutes talking the refund was done . Scammer got scammed . Well not really scammed as it was my own money

Thats what happens when you get greedy .

AVOID GOODMORNINGVIETNAM as he would have kept on ignoring me .

2)  You need to fill out a proper scam accusation.  You left him a neg, so that's good.

There is no where to report him.. this is Free Market remember guys ?
And NO scams are not against the rules here.
The logistics of managing it all would be impossible.
So the freedom provided here by theymos etc is abused by these scumbags.

Make sure to neg rate them and do what we see here a scam topic with his name on it.

Further more why are you doing deals with Junior accounts ?
Can you not see the scam section ?
Are you all really blind to how much this happens ?
You HAVE to know it is crazy risky ..yet you all keep doing it.

I have never been scammed because i either did deals with people i know.
Or i used escrow methods (the one built-in to Localbitcoins)

On LBC i noticed most of the postings (2 years back now) were obviously scams.
They were offering to pay far too much for BTC.
Then when i started trying to sell my BTC the guys would feed me all kinds of lies etc.
They would say the money is sent.. assuming i would click on "Release" coins.
But i refused to play their little game and i made sure to leave negative feedback to warn others.

You guys are going to have to get smart because look at this forum section..
You all don't seem to learn.
Clearly the level of scamming is out of control.. so use your brain.
FUD first & Ask Questions Later .
