Of course we shouldn't trade with him, because His account still a newbie rank which doesn't has any good history trades, that's mean the chance to get scammed is very high
Please use a proper scam report format, it would be better to read what's actually happened

Could you elaborate on what happened?

How did he/she scammed you, chat logs etc?
