I am looking to buy a Motherboard that has 4 to 6 PCI-E slots, must come with CPU and RAM.

One I'm planning on using for FPGA/ASICs, the other is a GPU rig I'm slowly taking apart, but until BFL ships, I'm still making money by running GPUs. Once they ship, I'll be getting rid of it, but if you can find other GD70s on eBay, that's the route to go. Just keep in mind you'll also need to short the PCI-E pins if using 1x risers (makes for less clutter and more mobo airflow as appose to using 16x risers). Also, you'll want at least 2 powered risers, you shouldn't run all 6 regular risers.
