If you want to sell bitcoins for cash in mail advertise on localbitcoins there's a few there globally listed in USA
Won't need escrow because you already have rep, they mail you cash first

Except nobody is using it, there's no escrow and they're simply using Intersango old code where I seem to remember they had all their accounts cleaned out once.

I'd sooner trust Silk Road BTC to mail offers

Good point, yeah I think localbitcoins is probably my best bet.
