I have a paper backup generated by armory and I'd like to import it in the blochain.info wallet
How do i do that?

go to: https://blockchain.info/wallet/

and create a new wallet, if you don't already have one.

click import/export

import wallet

done!

I actually have no experience with blockchain.info.  They read Armory wallets?
