How long do you guys say it should take for a transaction with around 10 inputs and one output involving around 20 btc with 0.001 of fees to be included in a block?

Adding in a .001 fee should get it in the next block, at most I would think another block or two after that.

Odd, saw someone else with a similar issue.  I'm not sure why it's not going in, but if I figured anything out I'll post back in here.

Is there any way of knowing why a miner does not want to include a transaction?

Check out https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=166247.msg1733897#msg1733897 he has a better idea than I do about transactions being confirmed.

According to that post, the recommended fee is:

0.0005 * roundup(transaction-size / 1000)

And since transaction-size = 1847 then:

0.0005 * roundup(1847 / 1000) = 0.0005 * roundup(1.847) = 0.0005 * 2 = 0.001

That's exactly the fee paid.
