This agreement is for the option for Scott J to buy from gusti up to 1000 LTC at a price of USD $6 per LTC, at any time before September 5th, 2013.

In return, Scott J is paying to gusti 100 LTC now to address LYqDmyx9CvVe5XMzgBJ9X12ieDcUDLLxbo

gusti is obliged to keep the full amount of 1000 LTC in his own custody until September 5th, 2013.

For the final purchase of LTC option, escrow may be arranged between Scott J and gusti.
