There was a problem with the pool code, the newly found blocks do not go into matured ones and remain in the pending, and therefore there are no rewards and payments.
I created a description of the problem on github  https://github.com/zone117x/node-open-mining-portal/issues/705
But so far there is no answer from the developer how to solve this problem.
