I am in the process of starting my next build and am considering selling my current mine fully turnkey.

The power rates at this location run about 2.5 cents/kw all in and rent for the space is $1300 per month.

I have an idea of what price I would like to get but it is negotiable.  Make me an offer.

A couple of pictures of the mine can be found here: http://imgur.com/a/3G5Rn

.025 with tax/recovery fees everything included?

For instance my power is .032 but with delivery fee and tax I am at .047

If you take the full amount of your electric bill each month and divide it by the KWH used do you get .025?

power in this county is 2.7 flat rate...maybe slightly lower for commercial.

delivery should be less than 3.2

The rate per kwh is .021 for the first 50,000 kwh, and .01826 for each additional kwh.  Factoring in demand charge and meter charge gives an effective rate of right around .025

Any tax on top of that?

So if you take your total bill (the amount that is debited) and divide that number by the Kwh used.  What number do you get?

that 160$ tax is not metered...it's the low end of the high density power usage tax

you can read up on specifics here: https://www.chelanpud.org/docs/default-source/commission/final-hdl-staff-report-7-14-2016.pdf?sfvrsn=0

My last bill was 0.0263/Kwh if I take the bill and divide by the number of Kwh used.  The effective rate adjusts based on how many Kwh per month are used, and comes out to just over .025 cents when pulling anything over 1MW (which I am not yet)

does the price go down the more you use?

Yes,

The reason there is a decrease in rate as you use more electricity is because of the following:

"The rate per kwh is .021 for the first 50,000 kwh, and .01826 for each additional kwh"

You pay the most for the first 50,000 kwh.   As you increase your kwh usage above that, you end up with a slightly better rate as power load increases.
