While I understand your point,I would like to add hiring only a developer to set up your website will make it look like shit.And you're concept maybe better than shapeshift but as a overall product and user experience,no one would use it.You obviously need to hire graphics designers/UI designers and a full stack devs ofcourse.Leave me a Pm for the later part,I'd be interested in applying for a back-end developer.
