I'm looking at Radeon 5870. Is anything better than this GPU in price lower 200$? Thank you for advices!

Really?  I'm using chrome, but its a link to a 6950 on tigerdirect for 170 bucks.

I doubt these later models unlock compared to the early reference models. Fyi. Research.

unlocking or overclocking is always a guess, so better to know of the possibility and try it out then doing nothing.  Cool
