Opt-in Replace-by-Fee (RBF) allows transactions to be flagged as replaceable until they are confirmed in a block. A guide could be very helpful for people with stuck transactions and using Electrum version 2.7.11 which supports RBF.

Could someone reply to this thread with a step-by-step guide for using RBF? I need to replace the fees of two transactions that are stuck.

I know the thread is old but it helps:

Tools > Preferences > Fees > Enable Replace-by-Fee. And tick "Replaceable" when you're sending.
The transactions you sent this way will be marked as replaceable, you can increase the fee by right-clicking and choose "Increase fee". You can mark a transaction as final when increasing the fee, doing this will make you unable to increase the fee again (after you broadcasted the "final" transaction).
