The payoneer is a service that charges a handsome amount for the transactions made as it pays off for every referral made who registers on payoneer. Payoneer was limited to some countries in early stages but it is now accessible to most of the countries. The point is what will be the ratio of th transaction as  it is not mentioned in the op.

Oops... I thought he wants a Payoneer account. lol

The Problem with Payoneer imo is that they allow you to receive money only from company-accounts. I didnt know that when I made it so I find it kinda useless.

its risky as if you used those funds in any bad way after getting them payoneer will ask both of us about it

but i will take this risk for current preev rate + 20% , let me know.
