Then they shut down internet access (blaming it on the US of course) while they switch over to their new local internet system full of news stories about how the US is dead and the whole world loves North Korea. More than likely it would blow up within a few thousand feet after launch all on its own.  They don't have the tech to launch a ICBM with a nuclear payload.

They're just desperate.  Yesterday they showed a bunch of hovercrafts storming beaches in a show of force.  Turns out all of them were photoshopped.
