I think it is china. Their country is very developed and organize and only few thypoon and hurricane hits their land, i think they are blessed on having a great land with a lot of resources.

Yeah, China is a very beautiful place to live. But China is prone from high magnitude earthquakes. Anyway, theres no peaceful place on earth we are not safe anywhere. Disasters, crimes and calamities we are never gonna scape from this. But if you are going to search for peaceful enough to live, Davao City, Philippines. This is the safest city in the world, which is less crime.
