There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

If your antivirus is blocking it, chances are that it's malware (probably a rat or a keylogger waiting to be opened on the innocent bystander). Don't download it and use it until OP posts virustotal scans. |

Be VERY careful. Run a virus scan on your computer. It's possible that he hid a RAT, Keylogger, or manipulative program in his doc file. Make sure you don't enter any confidential data into your computer right now man. |

This words does not make much sense to an ordinary person, sounds like some incantations, ritual or occult words. Only the op can explain better. |
