In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

I found that most of the members here do not really care about this kind of advertisement. Facebook group contains a lot of spammers who only post to find referrals. I think it is not good to advertise something in a facebook group. However, if you have a page on facebook, it will be easier to attract people to your service
