Bubblesbit is looking for a few moderators. Light duty position mainly focusing on helping users in our chat and helping to bump our ANN threads.

Im so busy with Signature Campaigns and other projects i just dont have the time to be in the chat and aware all the time. I need users for all hours of the day. We have had a whale visiting the past couple weeks so ya never know if theres a big tip waiting for you.

What i need:
3-6 moderators
All timezones so chat is covered 24/7

Duties:

Be helpful and polite in chat
Help bump our threads
Post screenshots of big wins etc

Qualifications:

No neg trusted users
Must have a MP account
Must be online 6-8 hours a day
Must be willing to learn our games and game rules
Experience helpful

Example for another users who can't be a moderator. Op already said if there's NO SALARY/PAYMENT, he's just will giving some "love/tips" to mods if his site does well during you handle it.

You know what ,there are so much site like yours here. it is really hard to get real players.

I don't think anyone is stupid enough to do this kind of job.  you'd better find some voluneer rather than moderators

What makes you think that moderation necessarily has to be a job based on a salary? In most places, that I've encountered through the years, moderators were on voluntary or bonus basis. Obviously, having a salary gives one incentive to be more active. However, this does not mean that they are necessarily going to be better at their position.

Thank you for this. This is exactly what people dont understand. They think all gambling sites are just making money and owners are rich, so they should be paid. In fact alot of sites are barely making enough to cover promotion costs, server and hosting costs, and dev costs.


On a side not bubblesbit has had a pretty damn good week with over 1400btc wagered. Since i just hired a couple mods yesterday ill be sharing some love to keep their interests in trying to help promote the site alive.
