Why trading is better than gambling?

They are both risky but trading is depends on your skills when you are you going to buy or sell unlike the gambling your only chance is the luck i dont really believe in gambling because of higher chance of lossing

i never like comparing these two because they are two completely different things with different rules and different results.
gambling is a game that you have fun with and take risks that are part of this fun and you always have the same chance of winning that you have for losing .
but trading is like a job, there is no fun in it, there is only stress and trying hard to make some money with your money.

Gambling depends on luck only & most of the time people lose on gambling because nothing is in your control.On the other hand,Trading depends on your skills mostly and you can use your skill to be succeed on trading.So, chances of gain profit is high on trading so trading is better than gambling for these reason.

I know teams, I know rules, I know which team have better players, and its easy to get to important informations. In trading I dont know this things, I dont even know where to find that kind of news. Who are the developers, their strategies, are they scammers, do they know what are they doing, and similar stuff. This easy access to important informations is what makes sports betting better then trading.

You can't compare two things with only one thing you have knowledge of.  So, you comparison here is of no weight.  You cannot explain something nor define it without knowing what really it is.  On a side note trading blind is also considered gambling but professional traders can define it otherwise.  Sports betting on the other hand had been argued whether it is a gambling or not but because of the presence of stake being wagered and aim to win, it has been considered as is.

But if you see in trading risk can be controlled, but in sports betting  only prediction can be controlled.  In trading, if something wen't wrong you can minimize your lost by selling your holdings which is unlike in sports betting if you failed to predict the right outcome, you lost it all.

Trading is less risk than gambling because if you lose in gambling you will get nothing or you can only get regreting also in trading if you seen that the price altcoin is going to buy you can be still hold it if you are believe that the price will be still increase you can hold it but if not you can sell your coin.. and cover some of your loses. unlike gambling..

You understood both wrongly because gambling is not to become rich fast, but you need to spend some money to get enjoyment from these games. And in trading, you can expect some profits over the time but there also I don't think one can make a fortune unless one is very lucky. There is not short cut to becoming wealthy and only way is to work hard and smart.

But in trading, the more experience you have trading then you have better chances of earning. I agree. In general, trading is legal globally and people are not addicted to it. Those can be considered as the main different between gambling and trading. In trading, there are many ways to reduce the loss such as making an analysis ( as you said), obtaining more knowledge about it, reading news and events on the planet, etc so that you can easily earn some profit by trading if you have enough these factors. Gambling, in contrast, requires users to have luck and you will lose if you do not own any luck.

I have both traded and gambled and think trading is better because it is not a total loss right away and you have more chance of winning when you factor the lack of house edge. Obviously there is the rake in form of fee's but you can get the edge by knwoing how many big holders are involved and therefor have incentive to keep the price up or down depending on their feeling at that time.
