i don't know much about bitmining.
as it stands i have a bitcoin wallet and guiminer
i have an i7-3770k overclocked to 4.5ghz and an 7950

currently mining on the 7950, are there any flags i should add currently it says i'm getting 459mhash/s not sure if that is good or not.
i havent overclocked my gpu but could.

I'm fairly newbie myself, but I saw the BTC Guild site mention some flags for ATI cards.

I don't know if I can link, so here's what they said:

AMD Cards (5xxx series and up) should try '-v -w128'. Use '-f 60' if you plan to use the computer while mining.
