If you're doing PR then it would be expected that you would be somewhat interesting, though I believe this was a typo of 'interested'.

Only way to know is if his or her employees will work via Skype or Webcam, so OP will really need women to do the job.

For the moment it seems like he only need a girl. Also as he is chinese and is not good in english it seems like he wants someone to translate his words to the forum or his players. So you should be good in english as well.
