This is probably the alt of the guy who stole $50 of paypal when I sent it to him but did not get the btc from him/her.
The skype shows from Alaska as does the paypal address that my $50 payment was sent too with a profile picture of a woman.
Here is what I received that got me thinking that it is their alt because he says he has proof but when I asked to post it in an accusation thread I did not get a response back from this member who claims he has the proofs:

I have proofs that both IDs belong to same person
But not info about the person
I have cautioned user @MonkeyManofLife is the alt of @yah188s
I have proof that both are same and does not mean that I know the name ,address and info of the person

I have reported about many such alts to the mods..but they don't care to check or ban
