Payless can be used online. Used about $500 so far no issues, ships next day.

I'm going to take a Payless off his hexpay.
First time using Hexpay with him.
I've bought from him before though.
First dealt with this seller though skype.
Few issues arose but seller made it right.
Confident on this one.
