Yes, you can use that address.
To mine on Windows this is the easy way: http://zcash.flypool.org/
Select your desired connection mode (windows CPU, windows NVIDIA, etc) and dowload the miner.
Then change the settings with something like this:  nheqminer.exe -cd -l eu1-zcash -u t1TsHo1wUH1ad3Qn9Q1fF7KZVXEeLq8kWJS.worker1
