Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

From USA to Russia or vice versa? Either way just go to the post office or a courier and ask. How would we know lol? Do you want ground, air, signature required, insurance,  numbers? No one here can give you an accurate number.

If you can send it with china post it, the costs will be very low i think. I bought some goods from ebay and they send me via china post. The thing about china post is there will be no tracking number for it be careful for it.

It really depends where you're sending it from and what method you use. You can find an accurate quote by visiting a courier website in the source country.
Most couriers charge not just by weight but they provide quotes based on the product dimensions too. You also have to remember that often when shopping internationally you may end up having to pay import tax and VAT on the shipment too.
