Hello, my friends account - Sakariascornoration got locked when he tried to Reset his password with the secret question.

is it possible for a MOD here to unlock the account and let him create a new password using the "reset Password by Email" ?

also, he's been Emailing the Email which popes up whenever he tried to login

In order to get the maximum amount of activity points possible, you just need to post once per day on average. Skipping days is OK as long as you maintain the average.

No, only admins can do that.

Has he contacted an admin (Cyrus would probably the best bet currently) with a signed message from an address that can be seen on a post on his account (as can be seen here)?
If not, he should do that ASAP. It is time consuming to try and verify identity through any other means, and it is unlikely an admin would bother going through the trouble.

Also, delete old bumps as you make new ones.

i have contacted him. the account is not banned, it's locked due to a "reset password by secret" instead of Email. i'm not sure if he has access the old BTC adress he posted here before anymore. tho the Email linked to the account still works, so all he really needs is to have the account unlocked and reset password by mail

Staff don't usually recover VIA Email as it could be compromised and therefore they could give the account away to a hacker. However, considering your account is locked due to your secret question, that would be something you have to ask Cyrus.
