I am running Zcash with CPU and GPU combined right now on Windows

From the moment I start it my GTX 1070 reads that it is pulling 1050mv despite being on a low 50% power target. My temps read as if I am on 50% power limit rather than  full. The core clock is reflective of that much voltage as well. Despite setting the threads on my CPU to 0 so I can see how much my card can hash alone it continues to push my CPU to 80% on all 6 cores

I'm doing Nicehash with CPU and GPU right now. Is this normal?

edit: What's a normal hash or solutions rate for the GTX 1070 anyway?
