i tell you tho one of those situations a person would love to be proved wrong on ;p
i dont see why NOD wouldn't be a registered token yet tho, the publicity alone would be great for it  :/

I can confirm that I also got my tokens in MyEtherWallet at the address I put into the ICO site.  I'm one of those TXs at the link I posted above.  Now what do I do with these tokens?  Hopefully they'll eventually get listed at an exchange.

I think this is what will happen. Dev got fund and they will do watever they want with either continue developing or just spend it on vacation. Then they issue you guys a token that is "worthless"  and soon will be forgotten. So in theory, they didn't scam bcoz they give you token as a gratitude for your support.

Those who invest should know that they "pop" out of nowhere and you give them your money bcoz of fomo. Deep in your heart you know that this is going nowhere but you want to bet on it.
 Lesson learned and move on.

whatever it is that the devs are doing must be something which they can scam more.  they can grab more btc from anyone here when nod gets listed to the exchange so you better be careful not to get involve or lose money instead.

What are you guys going on about? I got.my NOD, now if they never get listed on an exchange, yes, seems I'm out my investment. But they've delivered what they said they would so far, albeit with some shitty communication.
